Adding Email Signature
You can set up a signature for your HubSpot user profile, which will be used for your emails sent through the CRM.

In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.

In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General.

Click the Email tab.

In the Configure section, click Edit email signature.
View and Filter Records
Each standard CRM object in HubSpot (contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects) has an index page that displays the object’s records. These index pages also include actions and filters you can use to customize and segment your records.
Adding Brands and Campaigns
Brands are shared across all companies. This allow identifying common brands associated with agencies or wholesalers.
Brand is a custom property found on the Company file.
Customize Your Dashboard
Your marketing, sales, and service dashboards have default reports, but you can customize these dashboards, and any custom dashboards you've created, with reports and filters.
Filter Records and Save Views
For each individual object, you can view all records or segment records based on that object's properties. This view can be saved.
Adding Deal Types
Deal types represents the vertical revenue streams of the deal. This allows grouping of deals by revenue stream.
Create a Task Queue
In HubSpot, you can create tasks, and assign them to yourself and other users.
Also, other users in your account can assign tasks to you. To complete tasks back-to-back, you can create a task queue.
