Submit Your Ad Design:

1. Prepare your 2" x 2" Ad Spot in one of the following formats:
   • 300 DPI (High Resolution)
   • Acceptable formats: PDF, JPEG, or PNG
2. Ensure your ad design meets the specifications above to guarantee the best print quality.
3. Submit your ad design via email to: lgreen@s3stem.com
4. Submission Deadline: All files must be submitted by the 30th of the month for distribution on the 15th of the following month.
5. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Once the postcards are distributed you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
