Order & Production Requirements

Step 1: Choose Your Desired Advertising Package:

Please select from our available options: 1-Month or 3-Month plan.
If you design your ad go to Step 2: Submit Your Ad Design.
If we design your ad go to Step 3: Ad Design Assistance.

Step 2: Submit Your Ad Design:

Prepare your 2" x 2" Ad Spot in one of the following formats:
- 300 DPI (High Resolution)
- Acceptable formats: PDF, JPEG, or PNG
Ensure your ad design meets the specifications above to guarantee the best print quality.
Submit your ad design via email to: lgreen@s3stem.com
Submission Deadline: All files must be submitted by the 30th of the month for distribution on the 15th of the following month.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the postcards are distributed you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
